Restaurant: Moo Gourmet Burger
Locations: Various Locations
After a gym session and picking up our Polar watches there was no doubt Cass and I had to get a decent protein dinner post workout. What better way to indulge in some gourmet burgers after a good session….although some may argue the moo shakes were unnecessary but sorry, I workout so I can eat (more). After all, I am a foodie teehee
Say hello to moo shakes: Just Nuts & Beach Blonde $7.95ea
Dairy shakes that I should never ever touch but ones that I can never ever resist. Blended with milk and plentiful of ice-cream is a must have, besides it has crushed nuts and a crunchie bar so it must be good for us! AND look at that chocolate syrup… mmmm I can just lick that glass sparkling clean but instead let’s be civilised: stir well and serve chilled.
Basket of chunky home-styled sweet potato chips $9.50
Considering Cass and I had quite a mean gym session there was no way I could deny her request for a BASKET of these babies (there is a side option for $5.50 but we don’t like to do things halfway so full basket here we gooooooooo…)
Not as crispy as Cass would have preferred but since it was home-style I believed there was less oil used so hey that also means you can eat more of it!
Chicken Avo & Bacon / Salmon – spot the chunky pieces of protein $16.50ea
OH LOOK! PROTEIN burgers. Whilst the free range bacon, home-made mayo and the spicy piri piri mayo simply tops it off! The piri piri sauce wasn’t too spicy but more like tasty, besides you can always take big gulps of your moo shake if it does get too hot. I also overheard the duck and bacon is must-try too! Hehe until next time Moo!
